When a faint light is lit amid my tears
I talk, before your eyes, about how it warmed me
If our voices are just going to dry up anyway
I want to at least sing with someone until the morning comes
If you were fake yesterday
Then I’m just going to throw the scenery of yesterday away
What connects each new day
Is the new you and me
For some reason we make sense of each other
In this world, that’s called love
“What connects the voices of our hearts
Is the things we fear so much”
We say together
We’ll sing as if the past
Never happened
At some point we will doubt somebody
So I want to at least sing a beautiful song for now
Sad words, oh yeah
Won’t change anything
People say that no matter what they do
If you betrayed me yesterday
Then I’ll just forget the scenery of yesterday
What changes each new day
Is the love that touches us so deeply
We make sense of that
In this world, that, too, is called love

Never happened
Love and peace!
Flowers can bloom amid sadness!
A premonition of what we will become in those new days
Buoys me
You and I will shout out our dreams
The world is waiting for it
What I am singing of, for you
Is the things I fear so much
